Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement item at no additional cost

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns. Return instructions will be provided after your request is accepted.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or high demand

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
